The Position:

Maintenance Engineer

Do you have a can do attitude with a broad range of engineering trade skills. WE WANT YOU!

Full-time (42.5 Hours/Week) Monday to Friday 7.30am – 4.30pm, with Saturday mornings as required.  Availability to stay late for Breakdown repairs as needed.

In our busy manufacturing plant, we are looking for a Maintenance Engineer
Wide variety of work, producing a high quality product to meet NZ Standards. Varied range of equipment including CNC, hydraulic and electrical.

Responsibilities:
– Day to day plant maintenance
– Mould manufacturing and maintenance
– High attention to detail
– Engineering/welding skills/mechanical knowledge
– Able to follow drawings, plans and instructions
– Prioritising workloads, multi-tasking and time management


The successful applicant will need:
– Reliable transport to and from work
– Pass a pre-employment drug test
– Be Fit and Healthy (involves heavy lifting)
– High attention to detail
– Excellent communication skills, oral and written
– Willing to be a Team Member
– A courteous and professional manner
– Clean Drivers Licence

Forklift Experience

Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.

The Position:

Precast Production Technicians and Laborers

We’re looking Precast Production Technician’s and Labourers.

  • Previous experience preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
  • Ability to follow instructions
  • Be able to work alongside and within a team
  • Good communication skills
  • A high degree of reliability and attendance
  • Have Reliable transport to and from work
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug test
  • Physically fit and strong

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for pouring and setting small goods products.
  • Preparing smalls goods orders for delivery.
  • Forklift operation
  • Stripping and setting of moulds
  • Preparation of reinforcing
  • Pouring and finishing of concrete
  • Good housekeeping within your area
  • Other varied tasks as required.

Successful candidates ideally have previous experience working in a similar role.  Although not essential, forklift experience would be advantageous.

Remuneration will be dependent on experience and skill and will be discussed during interviews

Some Saturday morning work is required and you will work a minimum of 42.5 hours per week with extra hours available to meet deadlines as required.

Production Coordinator

About the Role:

Are you an exceptional communicator with a talent for managing multiple tasks and staying composed under pressure? We’re seeking a proactive Production Coordinator to lead our production staff, oversee production planning, and ensure health and safety compliance. You will be the primary point of contact for production staff and work closely with management to develop the weekly production plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage production staff, ensuring effective training and adherence to health and safety standards.
  • Develop and implement production plans to meet deadlines and customer demands.
  • Drive quality standards across all production processes, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels and manage inventory effectively.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and external contacts at all levels.
  • Adapt to a dynamic work environment with shifting priorities to meet production goals.
  • Operate a Machinery as needed.
  • Get hands-on with production tasks when required to support the team and ensure smooth operations.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally with individuals at all levels.
  • Experience in managing staff, including training and health and safety oversight.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience in production planning and inventory management.
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Forklift experience is desirable.
  • Hands-on approach with the ability to engage directly in production activities when needed.
